Three sheds on fire in York suburb
FIREFIGHTERS were called out to reports of a shed fire in a York suburb this afternoon.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue say they answered the call at 3.11pm to Barkston Avenue in Chapelfields.
Crews from Acomb and York responded, but on arrival they found there were in fact three sheds alight with one of them well alight.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus and a hose jet to put them out.
