Lift doors
Four people spent part of today in very close company when they got stuck in a lift together.
Harrogate firefighters had difficulty rescuing the quartet.
The lift car stopped 25 cm above the ground floor of the Harrogate building, meaning that the doors couldn't open.
Firefighters tried to open the lift using its mechanism, but had to resort to their own tools and hydraulics to force a way into the lift.
The four people inside were then able to leave.
The drama started shortly after midday.
