A CYCLIST suffered head injuries in a crash with a car in York today.
The Yorkshire Ambulance Service said it was called to the accident in Holmefield Lane, Heslington, at about 3.15pm.
A spokeswoman said it sent two ambulances to the scene and took one patient to Leeds General Infirmary.
North Yorkshire Police said the collision involved a cycle and a car, and the patient, a man aged 25, was suffering from head injuries.
