A DRIVER admitted drinking five pints after being stopped near Tadcaster because only their sidelights and fog lights were lit.
Traffic Constable Mark Patterson tweeted that the driver, who later admitted having five pints, had failed a breath test.
"Evidential sample over the limit so court case pending," he tweeted. "It's the 2nd time for this driver, who faces lengthy ban if convicted."
