HS2, love it or loath it, it is finally on the starting line with 22,000 jobs on offer.

Good news for some, bad news for others.

One thing I have noticed, though is the requirement of one million tons of steel for the project.

Is this steel to be manufactured here in "Great" Britain?

God forbid that we resort to an overseas "dirt cheap" alternative, or am I just clutching at straws?

Come on Boris. No excuses. Do the right thing by the workforce.
