FIREFIGHTERS rescued a man stuck on a roof in York city centre.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue were called in by the police shortly after 4pm today to help after a man was stuck on a 12 foot flat roofed building in Museum Street.
Crews used a triple extension ladder to bring the man down to safety.
