Our letter writer is happy to pay his TV licence - for now
HEADING ever closer to the magical 75 figure, I will willingly carry on paying my full TV licence as the free perk should only be for benefit claiming pensioners.
It won’t happen any time soon, but I believe the BBC should not be funded by public taxes, and should have to survive on its own merits just like all the other channels.
