NEWLY-PROMOTED Low Moor HTCC have made their intentions clear, as they have added six new signings to bolster their ranks ahead of the delayed 2020 Halifax Cricket League season, which is all set to start on Saturday, July 18.

The most high profile signing is that of prolific run scorer and opening batsman Andrew Pinfield, who rejoins the club he last played for in 2006, after spending the last two seasons at Bradford League neighbours Buttershaw St Paul's.

Pinfield, who also manages the Halifax Cricket League team, has won the Premier League title and Parish Cup with his last Halifax League Club Jer Lane in the past decade.

He has also amassed 47 first team centuries throughout a lengthy career.

Also joining the First Division club are Matthew Jordan and Stuart Fenton, two bowlers from Great Horton Park Chapel, Paul Chapman, an ex-Jer Lane all rounder, along with big-hitting batsmen Ben Maxwell and Danny Wilkins.
