A deer had to be rescued by firefighters after it fell into a three-metre deep channel.
A specialist technical rescue team from Cleckheaton attended the incident in Sawood Lane, Oxenhope, at around 7.30pm tonight.
A fire service spokesperson said: "Report of injured deer fallen into conduit approximately three metres deep. Deer rescued by Fire Service uninjured and released back into the wild after assessment and advice from RSPCA inspector and vet."
