A MAN has been charged with the murder of a York man in 2007.
John David Clarke, known as David, of Huntington Road, York, died aged 43 in April 2007.
His body was recovered from the River Foss near Towthorpe in April 2007.
David Roustoby, 44, of Rawcliffe Lane, York, has today been charged with his murder.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on Saturday April 11 2020.
