A GROUP of nurses from Scarborough Hospital have put together a video on the importance of washing your hands to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
The video was released on Twitter earlier this week.
It shows the nurses walking down a hall way in the hospital, acting out dance moves, alongside singing lyrics relevant to Government advice on hand washing due to the outbreak of the virus.
York NHS Trust described it as “a catchy little video to remind us all of the importance of good hand hygiene.”
The song is to the tune of the ‘Baby Shark’ song for children.
The York NHS Trust team explained that the video should also help children to follow hand-washing guidelines.
They tweeted: “Turn it up and play it on repeat for your little ones at home.”

It is recommended that hands should be washed more frequently, for a 20-second period.
