BRADFORD faces days of freezing temperatures and snow showers, according to weather forecasters.
As the distrcit recovers from the floods and building damage caused by Storm Ciara over the weekend a cold front is bringing further weather misery.
Temperatures will remain just above freezing until Friday, according to forecasters.
Snow showers and sleet are forecast to sweep across the district until the end of the week when snow will be replaced by heavy rain.
A spokesman said: "It will be cold and - at times - very windy. There will be clear spells and snow with the risk of accumulations on higher ground."
Parts of the district woke to a covering of snow this morning and flurries have been reported all morning.
