Bloom! flower festival to return this summer
A POPULAR flower festival will return to York this summer.
This year's Bloom event will be a week-long celebration - with a programme of pop-up gardens, installations, a sculpture trail, market, window dressing competition and workshops across the city.
Bloom York 2020's theme is 'art in nature'.
