A DRIVER was spotted unsteady on his feet in York city centre - after having parked his vehicle in a police parking bay.
Police tweeted that an 'eagle eyed PCSO' - police community support officer - had spotted the man unsteady on his feet and arrested him on suspicion of being over the proscribed limit.
They added: "Excellent work by the team. Don’t drink and drive...it wasn’t the best idea to park in police bays either."
