It seems the community stadium is still not going to be ready in February as promised (Fears stadium won’t open in time, January 13). How many delays is that now? I do hope the contractors and all involved are being appropriately fined for failing to meet contractual obligations - again. If not, then someone needs to pay for exceptionally poor contract writing. Bet they won’t though.
