NICKY Clee has rejoined Bradford (Park Avenue) from Ashton United.

The winger left Horsfall in the summer after two years at the club to join the BetVictor Northern Premier outfit but has now been reunited with boss Mark Bower at Bradford.

Clee, who can also operate in central midfield or at left-back, initially joined Avenue from Altrincham in May 2017 and became a favourite among supporters due to his technical ability and work ethic.

He had previously worked his way up through the non-league pyramid, featuring for Ossett Albion, Ashton and Hyde United before joining Altrincham in 2009. He left to join Guiseley and also had a spell at Harrogate Town before re-joining Altrincham - who, ironically, Park Avenue host tomorrow.

Clee is available for selection against his former club and provides a big boost as Bower's side look to make up an eight-point gap from safety in the National League North.
