ALL lanes on the A64 eastbound are back open this morning (November 18) after emergency works took place to repair a burst water main.
One lane was closed while the pipe was repaired, which caused slow moving traffic on the approach to the A1036 near Askham Bryan.
Highways England tweeted at around 7.20am today to say the works have been completed and all lanes are back open.
It added that there may be some delays in the area.
