If Boris Johnson, in order to get a deal with the EU, is re-heating Theresa May’s Withdrawal Agreement with a few tweaks to the Irish backstop, he has no chance of getting it agreed by Parliament and he can forget about winning a general election. His bluster will be of no use if he diverts from his promise to leave the EU on October 31.
