FIRE crews have helped rescue a horse that had become stuck in a small beck in North Yorkshire due to steep banks either side.
Crews were called to the incident in Cayton, near Scarborough, at about 7.30pm yesterday (September 15).
They used the animal rescue equipment from Malton and a neighbouring farm’s telehandler to lift the horse out of the beck.
