Man taken to hospital after A64 crash
A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash on the A64 between York and Malton this morning (September 9).
North Yorkshire Police said a single vehicle collision was reported at 5.55am and it happened on the A64 eastbound near Whitwell-on-the-Hill.
A vehicle had collided with a barrier, the force added.
One lane was blocked and reopened at 7am.
A spokesman for the force commented: "Male driver taken to hospital, not believed to be seriously injured."
