Full Sutton Prison, near Stamford Bridge
PRISON staff extinguished a burning mattress in a cell at Full Sutton Jail, near Stamford Bridge.
The staff used a demisting unit to put out the fire yesterday evening at the maximum security prison, said Humberside Fire & Rescue Service, which sent a crew along to carry out an inspection only.
