A Selby man who was wanted for breaching the terms of his licence has been arrested for recall to prison.
Oliver Duke Wharton, 23, was arrested yesterday afternoon (Monday) in the Dringhouses area of York.
He was released from prison on licence in June after serving 11 months of a 20-month jail term for assault causing actual bodily harm.
