THE Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences, in Harrogate, is marking its 60th anniversary with a celebration at the Majestic.
The Past President's Summer Ball will feature a champagne reception, dinner, a set by local band, Mirage, and a vintage photo booth.
Speaking will be retired DCI Clive Driscoll, who worked at The Met for more than 33 years on high-profile cases, such as the Stephen Lawrence murder, and Dr Richard Shepherd, a forensic pathologist for nearly 40 years, who advised the Bloody Sunday inquiry and the inquest into the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
The ball takes places at The Majestic Hotel on Saturday, June 15. Tickets from csofs.co.uk/events
