THREE people were arrested in York after police intercepted a car in the city.
North Yorkshire Police pulled over the Nissan car in Walmgate at about 12.20pm on Wednesday.
A spokeswoman for the force said three people - two men, aged 22 and 29, and a woman aged 46 - were arrested at the scene on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

All three remained in police custody on Wednesday afternoon.
