POWER tools have been stolen from a construction site in a village near York.
North Yorkshire Police tweeted that a generator, saw and drill were taken from a cabin/storage unit on the site in Common Road, Dunnington.
The break-in is thought to have happened between 4.30pm on Thursday and 8pm yesterday.
Officers said they wanted to reassure the community that they were working to identify the people responsible and appealed to anyone who was in the area and noticed anything suspicious to phone 101.
