ARSONISTS are believed to have started a fire in a garden of a North Yorkshire property which spread to a fence.
Fire crews were called to the incident on Fairfax Avenue in Harrogate at 2.20am this morning (April 15).
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A crew from Harrogate were called to a report of a fire in a rear garden spreading to a fence.
"This deliberate fire was extinguished by use of a hosereel."
