A YORK wine bar has launched a 'Chocolate Orange Martini' - in homage to the famous Terry's treat.
Pairings Wine Bar in Castlegate has introduced the new drink in homage to York’s chocolate king, Mr Terry.
Kelly and Kate Latham, two sisters who run Pairings, came up with the idea after a trip to one of their neighbour’s premises – the York Cocoa Works.
It spurred them to create their own bespoke chocolate cocktail.
Kate said: "We made the cocktail with vodka, Orange Curaçao and Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur. It’s easy to see why this has quickly become a guest and staff favourite.”
