The office building which has been refurbished
WORK to refurbish prominent office space in York's Museum Street has been completed and is now being marketed to lease.
The 5,500 sq ft business space has been fully modernised to include open plan offices, communal areas and new air conditioning and lighting systems.
Neil Sinclair, CEO of Palace Capital plc, said: “These offices have been absolutely transformed into prime space that offers a great opportunity for businesses."
