A NATURE reserve in York holds an annual Easter planting and egg hunt community day tomorrow.
The event, which takes place between 2 and 4pm at St Nick's Environment Centre, will involve planting wildflowers, craft-making and an Easter egg hunt, and is intended to encourage families to come together and feel part of the local community.
Lendlease and Evans Property Group, of Hungate York, is supporting the initiative by contributing £450 to 'give back to the local area.'
Steven Graham, community liaison manager at Hungate York, said: "It’s a great day for the community."
