I SEE that Burgins in Coney Street is to be yet another café (Ex-perfume shop to open as a café, April 8).
Why can’t we have another shop? If City of York Council reduced rents etc, surely we would have more interest?
One of the reasons I used to love York was the diversity of shopping and it was different to many other towns and cities.
Why do we need four Lucky Days cafés in one city centre?
