City of York Athletics Club ladies were first in the 10K and 5K Bramham Park Fun Run in aid of Cancer Research.
Senior runner Becky Penty was sixth overall in the 10K and first woman in a time of 38 minutes 43 seconds. Angela Peace was fifth woman.
Charlotte Mason, aged 14, was third overall in the 5K run and first woman in 21-47 after a strong sprint finish secured her top spot.
All the remaining City of York AC ladies competing in the 5K secured a top ten finish. Kath Dickinson was third veteran, Jenny Parker seventh in the Under-17s, Rachel Colton eighth U15 and Steph Dick ninth U15.
