THE Lord Mayor is perfecting his swing for an annual charity golf competition.
Now in its 12th year, the competition is open to teams of four, which will compete for the Lord Mayor's trophy.
Tee times are still available for the event, which takes place at Pike Hill golf club on April 12.
It aims to raise awareness and funds for the Lord Mayor's chosen charities, My Sight York (formerly York Blind and Partially Sighted Society), York Music Hub and The Island.
Lord Mayor, Cllr Keith Orrell, said: "We are delighted that Vantage Toyota are able to support the golf day once again and we look forward to meeting all the players on the day."
Entry costs £100, which includes the day's golf, as well as bacon butties and refreshments before the action tees off.
