A YORK care home has received top marks in a nationwide survey of care home residents.
The results from the Your Care Rating survey showed that 94 per cent of Connaught Court residents polled said that they were satisfied with the overall standard of care in the home, in St Oswald’s Road, Fulford. In addition, 94 per cent of residents said that staff treat them with kindness, dignity and respect and 100 per cent said that the home is a safe and secure place to live. All residents polled said that they can have visitors when they want.
The Your Care Rating survey is the UK’s largest survey of care home residents, families and their friends.
