POLICE issued dispersal notices to a group of youths who were allegedly causing anti-social behaviour in Haxby.
North Yorkshire Police said officers were called to the incident at the McColl's store on Oak Tree Lane at about 3.55pm yesterday (March 17).
They found a group of youths at Mancroft Park who were spoken to and all given a dispersal notice to leave the area for 48 hours, the force added.
The York North Safer Neighbourhood Team added: "We will be monitoring their behaviour and informing parents."
