Perhaps City of York Council leader Cllr Ian Gillies would like to tell us where elderly frail and vulnerable residents of the Groves and Nunnery Lane areas now go for day care, respite care and emergency support - all services previously provided by Grove and Oliver House which the council has sold off along with most of the other residential homes around York.
