OUTER York MP Julian Sturdy was among Conservatives who have changed their mind over Theresa May's Brexit deal.
He was among nearly 40 Tory MPs who had voted against it earlier this year and voted for it in tonight's vote.
The deal was defeated by a majority of 149 with 391 MPs including Labour's York Central MP Rachael Maskell voting against it and 242 for it.
