YORK Rock'n'Roll Club brings London band The Outcasts to York for the first time in their 20-year career to play The Crescent community venue on March 16.
Promoter Dave Williamson says: "The Outcasts are a four-piece traditional rock'n'roll band who specialise in the British sound of 1958 to 1962. Lead singer Mark Nicholas is a huge Billy Fury fan and he plays with Danny Huckridge on drums, Nick Murray on lead guitar and Ian Finch on bass."
The gig runs from 7.30pm to 11.45pm at The Crescent, off Blossom Street, where DJ Rockin' Ray will be in action too. Tickets cost £8 on the door.
