Asda's blood taking service will be closed on Thursday
THE blood taking service at Asda Monks Cross will not be operating on Thursday due to unforeseen circumstances, York Hospital has said.
The service will resume on Friday.
The hospital is also reminding people that visiting restrictions have been eased, with the exception of ward 35 which remains closed.
It is asking that there is only two visitors per patient and said people should wash their hands upon entering and leaving the ward.
