POLICE say a teenage boy remains in hospital after an incident in the New Earswick area of York.
Police, ambulance crews and an air ambulance were called to Willow Bank at around 8.50am on Tuesday over “concern for the safety of a teenage boy at the location,” a spokeswoman for North Yorkshire Police said after the incident.
The boy was taken to hospital.
This morning, a police spokesman told The Press: “The teenage boy remains in hospital and police inquiries are ongoing.”
Anyone who witnessed the circumstances surrounding the incident is asked to phone North Yorkshire Police on 101.
