Jordan Gibson's move on loan to Stevenage with a view to a permanent deal has been confirmed.

The 20-year-old has played 22 times for City since signing for Stuart McCall in the summer of 2017 – but the bulk of those appearances have been from the bench and he was keen to gain more game-time. He has started only two league games.

The winger said on joining the League Two club: “It has been going on for a little while now so I am very pleased to be able to make it official.”

“I have already got to know the lads and the staff so it is now about getting down to business and helping the team.”
