A TEENAGER who relieved himself against a church gate faces a £514 bill.
Osian Pickering, 19, of Tang Hall Lane, York, did not answer his summons to York Magistrates Court.
He was convicted in his absence of urinating in public at Holy Trinity Church, Micklegate, on October 10 and was fined £220 with £264 prosecution costs and a £30 statutory surcharge.
