THREE men have been sentenced by magistrates for urinating on the streets of York.
On Tuesday, York Magistrates heard Osian Pickering, 19 of Tang Hall Lane, was found by a Special Constable, urinating next to Holy Trinity Church, Micklegate, on October 10 at 10.34pm.
He was found guilty in his absence and fined £220, ordered to pay costs of £264 and a prosecution surcharge of £30.
Chris Morton, 35, of Newlands Drive, Bingley, was also sentenced after he was filmed urinating against a lorry he had parked in Fifth Avenue, Tang Hall, on October 24 at about 4pm.
He pleaded guilty and fined £143, ordered to pay £150 costs and a prosecution surcharge of £30.
Harry Reed, 25, of Woodlands Park, Pickering, was found by a Special Sergeant, urinating near a shop in Low Petergate, on October 27 at 8.10pm.
He pleaded guilty by post and was fined £200, ordered to pay £264 costs and a prosecution surcharge of £30.
