The man in charge of National Trust gardens around York will reveal their past, present and future, to members of Askham Bryan College Gardening Club next week.
Sam Shipman, head gardener for the organisation’s York area properties, will be the guest speak at the club’s meeting on Tuesday.
The event including his talk “The Changing Faces of National Trust Gardens in York” will start at 7.30pm at Askham Bryan College’s conference centre.
He will cover their entire time with the Trust and their future.
Visitors will be charged £5, members have free admission.
