THE 2019 Gamma Photoforum exhibition is on show at the upstairs corridor gallery at City Screen, York, until February 6.

"We hope viewers will find it an enjoyable experience," says Gamma Photoforum chairman David Sault. "We're a non-profit making, Yorkshire group of professional and enthusiast photographers, whose activities are specifically aimed at providing inspiration for others who are interested in the art."

Already shown in Birmingham, the exhibition presents panels of three framed photographs on a subject of their choice by each photographer, spanning landscapes and close-ups to street photography and formal portraits.

Taking part in the show are Ralph Bennett; Richard Bown; David Burgess; José Closs; Guy Davies; Paula Davies; Len Downes; Andrew Greaves; David Hawkins; Chris Hodgson; George Hodlin and John Illingworth.

So too are Bill Johnson; Patrick Kaye; Erica Oram; Barry Park; Eva Pitt; David Sault; Geoff Smith; Richard Spurdens; Howard Tate; Monty Trent; Neil T. Wittmann and Peter Yeo.
