PLANS to convert a barn into a four-bedroom home are set to be approved - despite residents’ concerns that it will be used as a holiday let.

Kexby Parish Council ‘strongly objects’ to the plans for the building at The Limefields off Scoreby Lane.

But supporting comments say there is no mention of the development becoming a holiday home and that the existing building is “dilapidated”.

Cllr Mark Warters called the application in to be discussed at a council meeting on Thursday.
