FIRE crews were called to a house in York.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue crews from York, Acomb and Huntington were sent to reports of a fire at a residential property in Sixth Avenue, Tang Hall, at just before 8pm on Saturday.
A spokesman said: "On arrival crews discovered a small fire in a microwave, food damage to microwave and food only and slight smoke logging to kitchen."
The cause was believed to be accidental, and nobody was hurt.
