THE headline in The Press on Tuesday, December 11 warns of potential crush danger at the York Christmas market.
The article speaks of the danger to people with disabilities, and to children and those with pushchairs. But there is no mention of the hidden dangers of uneven footpaths or worse still the danger from the thoughtless people taking their dogs into the throng of legs and and people, and the potential trip hazard they create.
More common sense is required from dog owners and the council seriously needs to bite the bullet and fix Parliament Street before next Christmas.
