A CCTV image has been released by police after an elderly woman's purse was stolen in York.
North Yorkshire Police said the victim's purse was stolen from her bag near Aldi in Huntington between 2pm and 3pm on Wednesday, November 28.
A spokesman for the force said a similar attempt had been against another elderly woman at Wetherby Aldi on Thursday, December 6.
Police want to speak to the man and woman in this image about the theft, and urged anyone who recognises them to phone 101 or email paul.fricker@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk quoting reference 12180222018.
