THIEVES stole a tractor from a farm near Selby.
North Yorkshire Police has appealed for witnesses after a farm in Wistow Lordship, near Selby, was targeted at just after 9pm on Monday, December 3.
A spokesman said the stolen tractor was a John Deere model 6610, registration W285 DWX.
The spokesman said three offenders were seen "wandering around the yard entering the barns and diesel tank".
He said: "They have snapped the lock off the gate before driving off with the tractor. A grey van was seen to be behind the tractor at the time but unknown if it was in convoy with it."
