ADAMS Geoffrey Philip (Geoff) On Saturday, November 24th 2018, sadly lost his battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Loving husband to Sue, father to Joanne and Gary, father-in-law to Andy, devoted granddad of Kayleigh and Drew. Forever in our hearts and thoughts RIP. Geoff's funeral will take place at York Crematorium on Monday December 10th, 2018 at 1:40pm. Family flowers only please, donations will be taken in Geoff's name for the Motor Neurone Association.
